Privacy Policy for Multiplication Game

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to Multiplication Game for Android (package name: com.mathgames.multiplication), provided by Geos Media RG (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Overview

Multiplication Game is a math game with an optional online leaderboard. Basic gameplay remains available without an internet connection. The online leaderboard requires an internet connection and uses Google Firebase services.

2. Information We Collect and Store

When Multiplication Game is opened while connected to the internet, the game automatically connects to the online leaderboard and creates or uses an anonymous Firebase player identifier.

For leaderboard functionality, we may store:

• an anonymous Firebase user ID;
• a generated display name, such as “Player ABCD”;
• your best score;
• game mode;
• app version and platform;
• score and leaderboard update timestamps.

The game may also store a local high score on your device.

Google Firebase may process technical information required to provide, secure, and prevent abuse of its services, including network and device-related information such as IP address, user-agent information, and Firebase service request data.

We do not ask for or intentionally collect your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, videos, camera, microphone, payment information, or advertising identifier.

3. How We Use Information

We use leaderboard information only to:

• create and maintain an anonymous leaderboard identity;
• display global rankings;
• save and display your best score;
• operate, secure, and troubleshoot the online leaderboard;
• prevent abuse and protect the leaderboard from unauthorized score changes.

We do not use this data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or selling personal data.

4. Public Leaderboard

Your generated player name and best score may be visible to other players in the global leaderboard.

The underlying leaderboard record also contains a pseudonymous Firebase identifier and technical score metadata needed to operate the feature. Please do not submit your real name or other personal information through the game.

5. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We use Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to provide the anonymous player identity and online leaderboard.

Google Firebase processes data on our behalf to provide these services. We do not sell user data or share it with advertisers.

Google’s Privacy Policy is available at:
https://policies.google.com/privacy

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Leaderboard data is kept while the anonymous leaderboard account remains active.

You can delete your current leaderboard score and anonymous account at any time by opening the in-game Leaderboard and selecting “Delete my score.”

This action deletes the current leaderboard entry and the associated anonymous Firebase account. If the game remains online, it may immediately create a new empty anonymous identifier so that future leaderboard use is possible. No new score is stored unless you complete another game and submit a score.

For deletion help, contact us at geos.media.mt@gmail.com. To help us locate a record, include the generated player name shown in the leaderboard and, if available, the approximate score.

7. Security

We use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore security rules, and secure network connections to protect leaderboard data. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information used by the game.

8. Children’s Privacy

Multiplication Game does not request identifying information from players. Players should not enter real names or other personal information into the leaderboard.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child’s leaderboard data should be removed, use the in-game deletion option or contact us at geos.media.mt@gmail.com.

9. International Processing

Google Firebase services may process information on servers located outside your country of residence, subject to Google’s privacy and security practices.

10. Your Rights and Contact

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Because the game uses an anonymous identifier, we may need the generated player name and score details to help locate the relevant record.

For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact:

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game or its services change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
