10×10 Puzzle Game (“the Game”) is operated by Geos Media RG (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how the Game handles information when you play it.

Information the Game Handles

The Game stores your current score, local best score, and any score waiting to be submitted on your device. This information is used to provide gameplay and preserve your progress on that device.

The Game uses Google Play Games Services to provide Google Play Games authentication and the Global High Score leaderboard. When you use these features, Google Play Games Services may process your gamer identity, such as your gamertag and avatar, together with game score and leaderboard data. Google may also process diagnostic, analytics, app, and device information to operate and improve its game services.

The Game does not use its own backend server. We do not collect payment information, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone recordings, or advertising identifiers through the Game. The Game does not display third-party advertising and does not sell personal data.

How Information Is Used

We use local score data to run the Game and preserve your best score.

When Google Play Games Services is available, the Game submits your high score to the Global High Score leaderboard. Your score and Google Play Games profile information may be visible to other players through Google Play Games Services, subject to your Google Play Games privacy settings.

Sharing of Information

Game-related information is shared with Google Play Games Services only to provide authentication and leaderboard functionality. We do not share personal data with advertising networks or data brokers.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the Game’s storage or uninstall the Game.

Google Play Games data is managed by Google. You may manage or delete your Google Play Games profile and related game data through your Google Account and Google Play Games settings, subject to Google’s policies.

Security

The Game relies on your device’s security controls for locally stored data. Google Play Games Services uses encrypted connections for data transmitted to its services.

Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are published.
