10×10 Puzzle Game is an interactive Reddit post operated within its official community. This game is free and has no advertising, payments, external analytics service or external backend.

Data used for the leaderboard

If you choose to sign in and submit a completed game, the game stores your Reddit user ID as an internal identifier, your Reddit username, highest verified score and the time the score was verified. Your username and score can appear to other Reddit users in this community’s leaderboard.

The game does not require sign-in to play. Guest play is not added to the leaderboard until you choose to sign in after the game ends.

Gameplay verification

To prevent edited scores, a short-lived random token is stored when a game begins and expires after 24 hours. Players in the same installation receive the same piece sequence for a UTC day’s challenge. The shared daily seed is retained through the late-score window. At submission the server verifies each move and deletes the run token after it is used.

Analytics

The game uses Reddit Devvit Journeys for product events: app ready, an explicit game start, leaderboard opening during play and an end-of-game score. Custom event fields do not include Reddit usernames, user IDs or other personal details. Reddit’s telemetry service may add standard account and post context under its own platform rules.

Retention and deletion

All-time leaderboard information remains until you delete it or the app is removed. UTC daily leaderboard information expires 48 hours after the challenge day closes. Choose Delete my game data in the leaderboard, then tap a second time to confirm. It removes your all-time score and any still-live daily leaderboard entries.
